MISSION The Captive Finance subsidiary of a world leading company, is looking for a suitable candidate to develop financial solutions, products and services, that meet the requirements of the French, Spanish and Italian markets. With primary focus on France, the candidate must have skills to support a dynamic sales force, as well as develop and implement training programs that enhance the financing and the sales of the products being promoted by the sales force.
The candidate will be responsible for medium and long-term objectives, and will establish financial performance indicators, ratios.
In liaison with the Sales and Marketing departments of the product supplier, the successful candidate will participate in the co-ordination of marketing and sales tactics at Senior Sales & Marketing level, as well as at Sales level.
La société financière captive, filiale de ce groupe, recherche un manager pour développer des solutions financières, produits et services, répondant aux attentes des différents clients sur les marchés France, Italie, Espagne.Dans un premier temps sur la France, puis sur les autres marchés vous mettez en place, auprès de la force de vente, des programmes de formation sur les produits et services financiers.Vôtre rôle est de sensibiliser les équipes commerciales à la promotion de ces solutions financières auprès des clients du groupe.Garant de la réalisation des objectifs à moyen et long terme, vous élaborez des tableaux de bord, indicateurs de performance, ratios...En étroite liaison avec les départements vente et marketing des produits concernés, dans chaque pays, vous participez à la coordination du projet global marketing / vente au niveau européen. PROFILE 5 years experience minimum in a comparable environment (Sales Aid/Captive Finance/office solution sales)
Management experience would be an advantage.
Fluent English and French.
