SUMMARY Working for the Marketing Analysis area of a major consultancy the role is highly focused on client care and communication and also requires the strength of character, people skills and business acumen necessary to reconcile workloads and demands, deal with problems and act as the primary focus for customer queries.
RESPONSIBILITIES Liaise with technical, sales and consultancy teams to create project plans for all relevant projects. (Microsoft Project experience advantage but not essential.) Pro-actively manage client and internal deadlines to bring projects in on time and on-budget Act as the primary contact for clients for all data and delivery issues and queries Maintain resource, change management and profit logs for all projects Assist consultants and technical staff with the writing of end of project reports Attend client meetings
REQUIREMENTS The position would suit somebody stepping up from an account executive level who has experience of a data management and analysis environment. Excellent report writing and client facing skills are essential. The key requirements are:- · Experience of data analysis environment · Client facing experience (min 3 years) · Good report writing skills · Knowledge of Project, Excel and Power Point · Good organisational skills · Outgoing and people focused · Persuasive and results-oriented · Excellent team player · London based or able to commute easily
