SUMMARY
We are seeking a Statistical / Technical Consultant to work in the Technical Services Department of a Market Leader in the provision of Statistical data analysis.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As the successful candidate, your duties will include providing technical support, consultancy and deployment services, sales support and providing training courses for users of our clients software.
Although this position is based in the Bedfordshire county, it will involve a certain amount of national and international travel.
Ideally you will have a degree with some statistical content and ideally post-graduate qualifications or experience. Knowledge of one or more of the following would be an advantage: Visual Basic programming, Data Mining, Oracle, SQL Server, Web Server technology, Six Sigma Methods, Statistical Quality Control. REQUIREMENTS
- Highly numerate degree
- At least 2 years practical statistical experience
- Excellent standards of computer literacy
- The position will be client facing and good presentation skills are required |
