SUMMARY Working for a major FI you will be responsible for a team who analyse customer data and build statistically based predictive models to support the automation of clients decisioning. The role covers Project Management of Scorecard Development and the Line management of a team of analysts and model builders. JOB DESCRIPTION Support the continuing growth of the business Project manage the development of behavioural scorecards and predictive models to understand customer behaviour and thus target marketing activity more accurately Take ownership of a number of projects with ultimate responsibility for their delivery Man management and development of the team To develop into a strong people manager and build a cohesive team
