SUMMARY Our client is a leading global provider of services and systems supporting risk management and customer management in mass consumer industries. Following a restructuring of the business we have aggressive growth plans to develop our UK and overseas markets and we are looking for people experienced in the use of data to streamline and automate risk and customer management processes. JOB DESCRIPTION You will have the opportunity to personally develop leading edge solutions across industry sectors within the UK and internationally. However, as part of our team you will be challenged not only by the need to develop the right solutions for our clients. You will also be developing and managing key relationships at senior and executive level which allow your technical and consultancy skills to be used in delivering added value. In a senior role you will manage complex decision support projects and also use your knowledge and experience to influence the development of our products and services
REQUIREMENTS You will have expertise in understanding how statistically based scoring systems work and how they can be implemented and optimised to deliver business benefit. You must also have the ability to present results clearly and persuasively. Educated at least to degree level you are unlikely to be less than 30 years old. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in your current senior position in Credit Management or Customer Relationship Management, either from within a blue chip organisation or as a consultant for a major supplier. |
